Please note that you must text the dance teacher if you are running late for collection or if someone other than the contacts listed on your booking is collecting your child. The dance teacher's contact number is listed on the venue information. If this changes, you will receive an email. For all other queries, please contact Hannah 07597 959937

Invisible Threads can provide a full refund minus Stripe's fee (1.5% + 20p) if they have to cancel due to reasons such as an instructor's illness, emergencies, low numbers or unavailability for any other unforeseen reason.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• If the class in question was over 6 months ago

• If the participant is unable to attend

• If the participant withdraws mid-term or midway through a pre-paid for block. This applies even if someone else takes the place.

• If the school, nursery or organiser cancels the club within the term for any reason.

• If the participant is removed because they did not follow our behaviour code which can be found on our website's policy page.
